What kind of payment do you accept?
We offer Paypal which offers the use of credit cards, bank account wiring, and echecks. You can also call and give your credit card information over the phone. We also take money orders, cashier checks, and cash. There is an 3% admin fee for all puppies.

Do you accept deposits?
Yes, We do accept and encourage deposits. Deposits are $500 and this ensures your puppy will not be sold to anyone else.

Is there tax added to my puppies price?
Tax will be added to your puppies price only if you are in California. California tax rate is 8.75%.

Can I come see the puppy before he/she is available?
Yes! The majority of our puppies can be viewed prior to their available date. We usually allow visitors once puppies are six weeks old. Call to make an appointment: 858-692-5800!

When can puppies be picked up?
Puppies become available between 8-10 weeks of age. You can reserve one of our puppies with a deposit. We will then hold your puppy until his/her available date.

Do you ship?
Yes! We ship our puppies once they are 8 weeks of age. Shipping is usually $300-400, depending on where the puppy is flown to.

Is it safe to ship and what is involved?
Yes! The shipping of puppies is concered "priority" with special handling and regulations for pets. That means that the USDA monitors the transportation of pets with numerous guidelines and requirements in order to ensure puppy's safety, health, and well-being. The puppy is provided with soft and absorbent bedding inside the crate to make your pet's journey more comfortable. Puppies are transported in the same compartmetns as baggage, mail, and other cargo. These compartments are pressurized and maintain a temperature range from 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit. We use Pet Air, their personnel is specifically trained in the handling and care of live animals.

Do you have a specific day the puppies are flown out?
We can fly your puppy most days as long as flights are available. The available date is when the puppy is ready to go to their new home. We will try to book a flight for the first available day. It all depends whether or not there is room on the flight, weather conditions, and if we can get your puppy into the vet for a health certificate. Be advised that flights may be rescheduled due to factors beyond our immediate control. We will make every attempt to honor the agreed upon delivery date but reserve the right to change the delivery date at our discretion.

What's included?
We will NEVER allow a puppy to leave our home if we have doubts about its health. We also guarantee against genetic problems. Please visit our health guarantee page to view our guarantee. The puppy will be given their first puppy shots, and be checked by the breeder's vet prior to leaving. It is necessary to be extremely prudent in protecting a puppy until the full series of puppy shots have been given. Normally there are 1 to 2 shots given every 2-3 weeks in hopes of catching its immunity system when it is receptive. When you pick up your puppy, you will receive a "New Puppy Packet" with his/her records, health guarantee, microchip number (if your puppy was listed with a microchip) and copy of the vet check.
